These upgrades make building, analyzing, and maintaining quizzes faster, more flexible, and fully standardized across your account.
What is Global Score Tier Management in Quiz Section?
Score Tier Management empower you to organize your result pages intuitively and score quizzes consistently. The Section Control panel lets you view, rearrange, add, or hide entire result page sections, while the Score Tier system ensures that every quiz uses a normalized 0–100 scoring range for reliable comparisons and automations.
Each quiz includes:
A left-hand Section Visibility panel showing all result page elements.
Drag-and-drop reordering of sections.
Section templates for fast building.
Hide/Delete tools for cleaner layouts.

How to Set Up Quizzes with Section Control & Score Tiers
Proper setup ensures your quiz sections and scoring display correctly while maintaining global score consistency. Follow these steps to create and customize a quiz.
Access Quizz Menu
Navigate to Sites → Quizzes → + Add Quiz.

Hide or Delete Sections
Customize the Result Page using the Section Panel — add, reorder, or hide sections as needed. Visibility controls help you keep your quiz results page clean and focused.
Hiding a section keeps its configuration intact while removing it from public display, whereas deleting removes it completely.
To hide or delete a section:
Click the eye icon to toggle visibility on or off.
Click the trash icon to permanently delete it.

Configure Global Score Tiers
Global Score Tiers define score ranges (Low, Medium, High) based on percentages, ensuring every quiz result is measured consistently. These tiers also enable workflow triggers and conditional automations.
To configure score tiers:
Click Configure Score Tiers in the top-right of the result page editor.
Set your score labels and percentage ranges.
Each range must fall between 0–100.
Click Save to apply globally.
Example:
Low: 0–39%
Medium: 40–79%
High: 80–100%
Configure Score Tiers to define Low/Medium/High scoring logic. Click Save, then Preview your quiz to verify flow and scoring.

No. Hidden sections are excluded from both display and scoring.
Q: Can I change score tier labels?
Yes. Labels are editable within the Score Tier modal, though all values must remain between 0–100.
Q: How are old quizzes handled under the new system?
Older quizzes are automatically migrated to use normalized scoring. Verify your tier ranges after migration.
Q: Can workflows trigger from specific score tiers?
Yes. Use the “Quiz Submitted” trigger and filter by Overall Score Tier = Low, Medium, or High.
Q: What happens to submissions if I delete a section?
Deleting affects future quiz takers only. Historical data remains intact.
Q: Is drag-and-drop available on mobile?
Section reordering currently works on desktop browsers. Mobile support is coming soon.
Q: Can I hide multiple sections at once?
Yes. Hold Shift (or Cmd/Ctrl) to multi-select and toggle visibility for multiple sections.
