Q: Can I use both .csv and .xlsx files for bulk scheduling?

Yes, both file formats are supported for Advanced CSV uploads.

Q: Why can't I use Google Drive links in my CSV imports anymore?

Due to recent changes by Google, we can no longer process Google Drive links during CSV imports. 

To ensure smooth uploads, please upload your media files directly to the Media Library and use those 

Media Library links in your CSV file instead.

Q: What is the number of posts allowed via CSV at one time?

The number of posts allowed in CSV is 90 posts per CSV. You will need to divide that across all the Social outlets you are posting out to.

Q: Can I import tags and category to new location via snapshot?

When importing CSV from a snapshot or template, tags and categories will not transfer to a new location.

Q: What happens if my CSV contains errors or invalid data?

The system will flag errors during the review step. You must correct these before importing.

Q: Are watermarks applied to all media types?

Watermarks are applied to supported image and video formats as specified in the CSV.

Q: Will tags and categories transfer if I import a CSV from a snapshot or template?

No, tags and categories do not transfer when importing from a snapshot or template into a new location.

Q: Can I schedule posts for all supported platforms in one CSV upload?

Yes, you can schedule posts for multiple platforms, including Stories, Reels, Shorts, Google Business Profile, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.

Q: How do I specify a Pinterest board in the CSV?

This is not supported as of now.

Q: What if I need to add a first-time comment to a post?
