By automatically suggesting extra TLDs, this feature not only minimizes impersonation risks but also simplifies the process of securing all relevant domain extensions with a single, transparent transaction.

How to Use the Additional Domain Extensions Suggestion

GHL Customer Care now allows you to purchase additional domain extensions either when buying a new domain or while managing an existing one. This feature helps protect your brand by securing multiple extensions of your domain name. Follow the steps below:

1. When Purchasing a Domain

  1. Log in to your sub-account.

  2. Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.

No. Purchasing an additional extension creates a separate domain with its own DNS zone. Its records are managed independently inside GHL Customer Care and do not change the DNS of your existing primary domain unless you explicitly edit records or set up redirects.
