What is Google Calendar Re-Integration?

If your Google account is connected but syncing still fails, check Settings → Integrations → Google for a missing-permissions warning. Use Reconnect to re-run Google OAuth and grant any missing permissions.

After you reconnect, GHL Customer Care automatically syncs any unsynced upcoming appointments** that were created while the integration was disconnected. You do not need to manually edit appointments to trigger syncing.

Reintegration is recommended when:

  • Calendar events stop syncing.
  • Google account permissions were changed or revoked.
  • A calendar was disconnected and needs to be reconnected.
  • Open Authorization errors or sync issues are appearing in the account.
