## **What is Google Calendar Re-Integration?**

If your Google account is connected but syncing still fails, check Settings → Integrations → Google for a missing-permissions warning. Use Reconnect to re-run Google OAuth and grant any missing permissions.

After you reconnect, GHL Customer Care automatically syncs any unsynced upcoming appointments\*\* that were created while the integration was disconnected. You do not need to manually edit appointments to trigger syncing.

Reintegration is recommended when:

- Calendar events **stop syncing**.
- Google account **permissions were changed** or revoked.
- A **calendar was** **disconnected** and needs to be reconnected.
- Open **Authorization errors** or **sync issues** are appearing in the account.
