Users with other roles will not see this option. The user must have the **Enable Login As** permission turned on in Agency permissions. Otherwise, the **Login As** button will not appear. This feature allows Agency Admins to step in as their Users; whether that is to troubleshoot, configure, update settings or respond to a customer as the user they logged in as. Previously agency admins had to log out & log in multiple times to make any changes in their users’ accounts or to respond on behalf of their customers. Users with other roles will not be able to see this option. Access to **Login As** is controlled by a per-user permission. By default, **Enable Login As** is **On** for agency owners/admins. The next phase of this release when it is developed will capture the agency admin & the account user’s details on Audit Logs. **Q: I can’t see “Login As.” Why?** The **Enable Login As** permission might be off for your user. Ask an agency owner/admin to enable it under **User Management** permissions. When disabled, the option is hidden.
