Your **WhatsApp Business Profile** is the public-facing page that customers see when they tap your business name or number inside a conversation. It includes your profile picture, business name, category, description, website, email address, and physical address.

Keeping your profile up to date builds **trust and credibility** with customers — it confirms your business is legitimate, active, and easy to reach. A well-maintained profile also improves engagement and makes your business easy to identify in a crowded inbox.

You can manage all of this directly from your CRM without needing to log in to Meta Business Manager.

Your profile picture is the first visual impression customers get of your brand. Follow the steps below to update it.

**Image Requirements:** Profile photos are automatically cropped to a square with a maximum edge of 640px and a maximum file size of 5MB. Images smaller than 192px in either dimension may have resizing issues. **A 640x640px image is recommended for best results.**

Step 1 Click **Manage** in your WhatsApp Business settings panel
