# **Overview of Reselling Listings**

Reselling Listings allows GHL Customer Care agencies to offer directory listing management to their clients via a subscription model. Listings syncs your clients’ business info to 70+ online directories to improve local SEO. Agencies can choose from three different pricing plans to resell and customize the pricing to generate monthly recurring revenue:

-   Monthly Plan
    
-   Smart Saver Plan (6 months)
    
-   Annual Advantage Plan (12 months)

#### **Connect your Agency Stripe Account**

Your agency Stripe account will be used to collect subscription payments for Listings from your clients. You can connect your agency Stripe account to your agency by following this help article: How to connect Stripe to your agency dashboard

## **How to Set Agency-Wide Listings Pricing**

Agency-level pricing defines the default cost clients will see when activating Listings. You’ll use a pricing slider to set rates and preview monthly profits per plan. Follow these steps to set the pricing:

## **How Billing Works**

Listings reselling uses a two-layer billing structure:

-   **Agency → GHL Customer Care:** You are charged monthly via your agency wallet
    
-   **Client → Agency:** Clients are charged via your Stripe integration

**Q: Is it possible to edit pricing after a client subscribes?**

Yes, you can change pricing at any time, but new prices apply only to future activations and not current subscriptions.
