By combining profile-completion health with live Analytics data, the report shows clients exactly where they shine and where to focus next without any manual work.

## **Frequently Asked Questions**

**Q: Who can create or edit a Recap Report schedule?**

Agency owners, agency admins, and location admins with Listings permission.

**Q: Can I send the recap only to my team and not the client?**

Yes simply leave client emails off the recipient list. You can add or remove recipients anytime.

**Q: How is the Performance Score weighted?**

Visibility, Engagement, and Actionability each contribute roughly one-third, but GHL Customer Care dynamically weights sub-metrics (e.g., GBP sync) based on industry benchmarks.

**Q: What if a location’s listings aren’t fully synced yet?**

The Visibility pillar will reflect lower completeness, and the report’s action list will prioritize finishing the sync.

**Q: Can I change the report cadence later?**

Absolutely, edit the schedule and pick a new frequency; the next run will follow the updated cadence.

**Q: Do recipients need a GHL Customer Care login to view the report?**

No. Email recipients receive a fully branded PDF and summary inline; in-app notification recipients open the report directly inside GHL Customer Care.

**Q: Will the recap include analytics from Uberall integrations?**

At launch, scoring uses Yext-powered metrics. Uberall analytics integration is on the roadmap.

**Q: How far back does the report pull data?**

Each recap compares the selected period (30 / 90 / 180 days) to the immediately previous period so trends are clear.
