How to Customize Your White Label GHL Customer Care Mobile App

You can customize your mobile app’s branding, layout, and navigation directly from the Mobile App Customiser

Step 1: Access Customization

• Go to Agency View → Mobile App

• Click on “Customise App”

This will open the App customisation

Step 2: App Customization → Branding

2.1 Essential Branding

Update your app’s core identity:

• App Name

• App Logo

• Primary Color

• Font

Click Save and Next after making changes.

2.2 Splash Screen

Customize the app launch screen:

• Upload Light Mode Splash Screen

• Upload Dark Mode Splash Screen

Click Save and Next to proceed.

Step 3: App Customization → Customization

3.1 Login Screen

Customize the login experience:

• Login screen logo (Light & Dark mode)

• Title text

• Subtitle text

• CTA button text

Click Save and Next

3.2 Core Navigation

Control the main navigation of the app:

Top Navigation Bar

• Add or edit items (e.g., Notifications, Profile)

Bottom Navigation Bar

• Manage visible tabs (e.g., Dashboard, Conversations, Apps)

• Reorder or remove modules

Note: There is a limit on the number of modules you can add.

Click Save and Next

3.3 App Drawer

Customize the full app menu:

• Add, remove, or reorder modules

• Organize apps into categories

Step 4: Add Custom Module (Optional)

You can add custom functionality using a module:

Click “Add More” → Fill in:

• Module Title

• Module URL

• Select Icon

• Choose behavior:

  • Open inside app

  • Open in mobile browser

• Assign access:

  • Select users/accounts

  • Role-based visibility

Click Save

Final Step: Save Changes

• Click Save to apply all customizations

• Ensure all changes are properly saved before generating a new build

• Start a new build to push updates for new customisations 

Best Practice

• Complete all customization steps before updating the app

• Review preview screens to ensure correct layout and branding

• Avoid incomplete configurations to prevent issues in the live app
